Here is what I replied to your other ticket regarding the demo import:
I checked your page and the demo displays fine on my end. Only a menu in the footer needs to be selected in Appearance -> Widgets-> Footer 2
The images from the demo are not included (are replaced with placeholders) due to copyrights. They are stock images and we are not allowed to distribute them.
DEMO IMPORT:
Usually if the import fails, it indicates that the PHP server settings are too restrictive. Please check the server requirements here: https://dentalia.orionthemes.com/documentation/installation-guide/#pg-2094-7
What I usually do in cases, where PHP settings can't be changed is to delete the menus (to avoid duplicates later), and run the import again.
