On the screenshot I can see that you are trying to modify the page with Elementor, but this example page was initially built using the SiteOrigin Page Builder. Make sure to make changes to example pages with the SiteOrigin Page Builder. Theoretically you could use Elementor for new pages you build, but you will be missing out on many theme features which work in combination with the SiteOrigin Page Builder. Unfortunatly the Elementor is not supported, running multiple page builders on the same site can cause all sort of issues. My suggestion would be to give SiteOrigin Page Builder a try and disable the Elementor plugin for now. You'll end up with a faster website.
