Hi,
What do you mean by "activate"?
To add links as the submenu, just select and edit your main menu in Appearance -> Menus and add them as a child of the Services menu element.
If you want to display them as a megamenu, then you need to add a checkmark to the Megamenu checkbox and set the column widths of the child elements:

Nevermind... I figured out that if I draged it inside it would create the sub item. Thanks!
