Hi, You can control spacing with padding. Mostly paddings are set on a page builder row, but they can also be set on a widget or on a cell. Please see a screenshot of the Row edit screen, where you can see the top and bottom padding settings:
There are similar settings for mobile as well, which allow you to set different paddings for smaller screens if needed.
