Unfortunately we are not allowed to include the images in demo import due to copyrights. We purchased stock images on Deposit Photos. The stock license allows us to use the images on our demo, but if we include it with the demo import, they count it as a distribution of their images, and the stock license doesn't allow it. The situation is the same for most of the theme authors. Some use free images instead of stock images to avoid this, but for a dental theme there are not many free dental images available.
