I was following your documentation on how to add team members and noticed that I was missing the input box for the job title, description, and more. I have attached a screenshot below. Could you please advise how I should proceed?

Okay, so I found it. Looks like you do require CMB2 https://wordpress.org/plugins/cmb2/ in order to show the additional metadata forms on team members and portfolio pages.
The theme never notified me to install this plugin, but after reviewing the log files as you advised I saw function calls expecting this plugin to be installed. I guess I'll leave you guys to fix that in future releases.
The CMB2 library is included within the Recycle plugin, so no need to add it as a plugin.
According to the error log, one file seems to be missing: /wp-content/plugins/recycle-plugin/meta/CMB2/includes/CMB2_Hookup.php Or maybe it is there, but it is named as CMB2_hookup.php (with small h). This was a bug with the old CMB2 version, but it is fixed in the latest release and in the latest Recycle plugin as well. Renaming it to CMB2_Hookup.php should resolve the issue.
But even easier is to just delete it and reinstall the latest version of the Recycle plugin
If there was no notification to install the Recycle plugin, please go to Appearance -> Install plugins where all required plugins are listed and you can install them from there. In case you don't see it there either, here is the direct download link of the latest plugin version.

On top right, there is a "Screen Options" tab. Click it and display them with a checkmark.

Or what you can do is delete the Recycle plugin and after it is deleted, reinstall it (you will see a notification to install it).
This might also resolve the issue.
