I'm using this page as a landing page for the ABOUT menu item. However, when I enter a dentist's personal page (MEET THE DENTIST) it seems that the menu item is not active. Could it be that I've changed the permalinks from team-member to something else? Settings->permalinks->optional->team-member
Hi, Those pages are not really connected to each other, that is why the menu item isn't active. The first one is a page, the second one is a team member page. It works the same on our demo.
If you want it to be active when you are on a team member page, you can add the dentists personal pages as a submenu item (Appearance -> Menus). Then meet the dentist page will be recognised as a parent item of the dentist personal page and the menu item will be highlighted as active.
