Hi, we have problem with the menu when we add a product in a cart the menu is dissapear. we only update the woocomerce to the last version and we need to know if we can update the wordpress to the new version 5.8.2. check attachment.
Hi I've found the page on the screenshot https://rcpower.com.do/en/cotizar/ but I can't find any products to add to the cart. Can you help me by sharing a link to such product?
I've added a product to cart and I was able to reproduce the issue. It is not a display issue, but seems to be a more complex one. For some reason the menu is not loading at all.
In the web console, I see a lot of 400 errors in the a3-lazy-load plugin and a 403 error for the WordPress Popular posts plugin.
A 400 Bad Request error means that the request the client made is incorrect or corrupt, and the server can't understand it. The main thing to understand is that the 400 error is a client-side error. It indicates that the request the client submitted can't be processed by the server.
The 403 Forbidden response status code indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it.
For some reason the server doesn't process the browser requests. There are many possible reasons for this. Most probably a plugin (or rearly but possible a server setting) is preventing it. To resolve the issue, we need to first find out which plugin is causing this. I recommend you to temporarily disable plugins:
- Cookie plugin - Any caching or optimisation plugins - WordFence or other security plugin
After you disable them, test if the issue still appears. If it doesn't, then enable the plugins back one by one, until you find which is the one causing problems. Then when we know which plugin is to blame, we can either replace it by a similar plugin, or check if there are any settings in the plugin which can be modified in order to fix the issue.
In case disabling the plugins doesn't help, please share an admin username and password (in a private reply) and we'll take a look.
The problem was caused by the a3-lazy-load plugin. I disabled it and now it works. I also updated the Recycle plugin and the Revolution Slider plugins. I recommend updating other plugins as well and also update WordPress to the latest version.
Slider: With the new revolution slider version, if you want to have full width slider, the row should be set to standard and the slider should be set to full width:
But if you want to make the site faster, I would suggest to remove the slider overall and place the hero image as a background image on the row instead. Then set the slider to only load on the pages with a slider (not globally). Also reduce image sizes as much as possible.
