Hello, after installing your theme (Dentalia) I have problems installing dentalia-plugin.zip. After activating the plugin, I get the error message:
There was a critical bug on your website. Please check your website administrator email address for further instructions.
I have to delete the plugin to regain access to my website.
I tried the latest Wordpress version and an older 5.7.1. Unfortunately that doesn't work.
Please help as soon as possible.
When you tried to install the plugin, did you upload the zip file manually, or automatically through the notification which appeared after installing the theme? The difference is that the first (if it was downloaded with the theme) is outdated, but if you install it through the notification, then the latest, compatible version is downloaded automatically.
If you can privately share an username and password of your WordPress installation, I'll be happy to look into the matter and try to install the plugin for you. Make sure to mark the reply as Private, as this ticket is public.
I succesfully logged in and stumbled on the following issue: Your WordPress installation doesn't have proper server permissions in place. It probably doesn't have the write access to its own folders on the server. Even for plugin file upload, it requires entering the server FTP permissions first. Normally WordPress plugin installs go seamlesly. Because lack of the server permissions, WordPress now can't remotly download a (plugin) file. This is what probably causes the error and probably also prevents any the remote installation (and update) of plugins. You might need to check with your hosting provider to resolve this issue and enable updating and installing the plugins without the need to enter any passwords each time.
I couldn't install the Dentalia plugin, as I do not have the FTP password. It didn't let me through.
However, it is possible to install it with the FTP password.

Please download the latest version of the plugin here: https://orionthemes.com/downloads/dentalia/dentalia_plugin_2/dentalia-plugin.zip then upload and install it.
Let me know how it goes,

Hi,
The server reported the error, then eventually managed to install the plugin. I also updated all the plugins.
