I'm not able to see my complete website. Every time I click anywhere on the site it goes black out. The console is showing this error "Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to the target being treated as passive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/features/5093566007214080"
You are using the theme version 1.8, which is not compatible with the latest WordPress version. Please update the theme to the latest 2.1 version.
You can download it here choose "Installable WordPress file only"
Then in WordPress, upload the zip file under Appearance -> Themes -> Add new -> Upload This will update the theme to the latest version. Make sure you update all the plugins as well.
Upgrading to the latest version would be (by my personal opinion) a better long-term solution. If you didn't modify the theme files, upgrading the theme is easy. If you modified some template files, then the best would be to port the modifications to a child theme.
Please also note, that we can provide you help with the upgrade, but we don't provide support for outdated versions of the theme.
However, if you choose not to upgrade, it might be possible to run the latest version of WP, if you install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ If this plugin doesn't solve the issue, and upgrading to latest theme version is out of the question, then downgrading WordPress should help. But I would sincerely recommend updating everything to the latest version.

Which downgrade version should I move forward with?
According to the plugin link I sent: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper, the WordPress version which upgraded their version of jQuery was 5.5.
So anything below that will probably work.

Thank you Theme is working now.
