When I try to change the text of CTA Button in Turkish page, Url link of CTA button in English page is also changes or vice versa. This issue affecting all the users. I am waiting for a quick solution.
The solution to this issue is to add the CTA options into wp-content/themes/dentalia/wpml-config.xml

Unfortunately, your Theme falls short of solving problems.

The only changes I made 2 days ago were the button link and button text in your theme options for both languages. Nothing else.
It seems that for some reason these settings are beeing reset. What you can try is to translate options within the Polylang String translations. here is the direct link: http://ortognatikcerrahimerkezi.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mlang_strings
