I checked your website and I see an outdated version of Dentalia theme. Please update to the latest version (2.1). You can download it from https://themeforest.net/downloads, choose installable WP file only, then upload it to Appearance -> Themes -> Add new -> Upload.
If you already updated, then purge cache (or temporarily disable the cache plugin).

I logged into your website and tested the team. It seems to work fine.
The team widget pulls the content from team member automatically. On the team member the feature image needs to be set:
It is important that the uploaded image is at least 750px by 750px in size. WordPress will then be able to crop it into the right dimensions. The current image is too small:
If you can't get a properly sized image, then make sure it is square in size, so it can be displayed as a circle in the slider.
The other important fields are Medical Title and Intro text
And the Social info and the Excerpt field:
Please try it out and let me know if you get stuck somewhere.
I am unable to add new images under about for our new team member. Also,
when I try to use live editor I get a black screen. I updated to the latest version.
