Hi,

The CTA button can be edited in Theme Options: https://dentalia.orionthemes.com/documentation/theme-options/navigation-settings/cta-button/. This is a global setting. The global setting can be modified on specific page, if needed, on the page edit screen: 

To add social icons, I recommend enabling the top bar first in theme options:

Then you can add the Orion Icon widget in Appearance -> Widgets -> Top-bar left (or top bar right):

And here is how it looks like on the frontend:
