I can't really guess what went wrong from those screenshots. Is it possible to get the URL to the site, so I can inspect it? Also please check if the menu is set as the primary menu:
I checked the site and from what I can see, there are some third party plugins causing the header to be hidden. As you just imported the demo, I am guessing the plugins were left there by another theme and are currently not needed. I recommend you disable all other plugins, except those which come with dentalia:
The only plugins included with Dentalia theme are:
Dentalia plugin
SiteOrigin Page builder
SiteOrigin Widget Bundle
Revolution slider
Contact form 7
After doing so, the problem should resolve. You can still turn on the plugins on later - if you are absolutely sure what they do and that you really need them.
Let me know if disabling all the other plugins resolves the issue.
