    Hi,

    I think the problem is caused by Lazy Loading.

    You can disable the lazy loading feature (I think it is the part of W3 total cache plugin) and see if the problem resolves. 

    You might also be able to exclude just the gallery images, by adding attachment-orion_carousel  to the Exclude Words option in W3C. 18874-w3tc-lazy-loading-user-experience.jpg

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue,
