The Read more buttons should appear automatically on the Posts page (blog). No need to add it manually.

If I understand correctly, in your case the Read more button does not show up at all?
Could you provide a link to your Posts page? I can't seem to find it through the menu.
If the Posts page is not set yet, you can set it in Settings - > Reading

If this doesn't help, then I'll ask you to provide a temporary admin username and password to your website, so I can log in and investigate the issue.

I logged into your site. I can not access the Settings menu without Admin permissions, but I noticed, that the post page isn't set.
It should look like this:
First set the Posts page in Settings -> Reading
Then set the translation for this page. This page must have a translated version
Let me know if this resolves the issue. If you need me to do this for you, then I need administrator user access.
