Not sure if its Wordpress update or theme update, but I can't access any of my customizations? I took a screenshot. None of the categories on the left give me anything, normally I can make changes.
This sure doesn't look right. First thing you can try is hard refreshing the theme option page (CTRL + F5). If this doesn't bring the theme options back, then I will need to login and find out what is causing the issue. Can you share your website url, username and password with me?

A PHP error was causing it in dentalia plugin. I fixed it and now it works.
I would advice to update the PHP version on the server. Currently your server is running an outdated PHP version 5.6.40. While WordPress recommends version 7.4 or higher. As PHP developers are using the version 7.x standards, WordPress itself and various plugins might not run correctly anymore on 5.x version.
PHP can usually (depending on a hosting provider) be upgraded through your server dashboard. If you can't find an option there, please ask your hosting provider for assistance.
Today we released a compatibility update for Dentalia plugin version 2.0.3.
The issue with the theme options not displaying is now supposed to be fixed in the official updated version. Unfortunatly I am unable to test it on the 5.6.4 PHP version, since I can only choose 7.x and higher versions on my server.
So when you update it, please confirm if it indeed works on your setup too.
