Hi there. My client purchased the Dentalia theme in January 2019. The theme now pulls up errors and only works when I disable the Dentalia plugin. I read that because it is a year old I need to pay 50$ have your support find the issue, but no link to buy the extended support was given.
I can not find where on your site, or Envato Market, where to purchase the extended support. Could you please provide me the link?
Your client has outdated Dentalia 1.7 version. Please update it to the latest 2.0 version. Also make sure the plugin version matches the theme version. (2.x theme version works best with 2.x plugin version).
The theme can be downloaded on ThemeForest. And support can be purchased there too, if needed. But first update the theme. The update will most probably resolve all the issues.
