Hi,
All the theme strings can be translated, with a translation plugin. I recommend installing (free) Loco Translate plugin. After activating, create a language file and just search for the "team" within the Dentalia language template.
Beside "team" you can translate also "Search", "Next post", "comments" and other theme strings.
