Hi, I see the error. there is also an error in the dev-tools console:
I am not sure what could be causing it. I would need to login into your site to check your setup.
If there is any caching plugin activated, you might try to purge the cache and see if it picks up? If you don't use caching, then it is best if you can share the username and password (in a private reply), so we can login and check why the revolution slider is not working properly.
I logged into your site and noticed in the Console that SSL is missconfigured and is blocking the slider images. For example this error:
'https://idcdentures.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/kids-copy.jpg' from origin 'https://www.idcdentures.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin'
There are more:
This is sadly something I can't help you with, you will need to ask Siteground support for assistance. But please keep me updated on the issue.
Another thing, not really connected with this issue: I noticed that the images are extremely large in terms of filesize - some are 4MB in size. This will make your site too slow. Make sure you optimize the images for the web before uploading. Probably you need to reduce the DPI from 300 to 72. Then just add them to https://squoosh.app or similar optimizer. The final size should not be larger then 100KB.
