I have tried everything. Your forms do not work! I even tried doing the constant contact integration. Nothing. So now I decided to attempt to make a new contact form after watching the constant contact video. Every form when I click add new just makes another one of your forms that don't work.
I need answers! Not another tutorial or pass off to some form you jacked off the internet.
I inputed everything exactly as described and I even made a [email protected] as instructed. No form works even when it says sent.
I am sorry to hear you still have trouble setting up the forms.
The forms provided with the theme are made with the Contact Form 7 plugin (CF7). We are not the authors of this plugin and our theme does not modify CF7 functionality in any way, it only provides the design of the form fields.
The problem you are experiencing is eather caused by CF7 missconfiguration or by litimitations set on your server, not by the theme.
If you can share your site url and login information (in a private reply), I can look into this and help you identify the source of the problem.
The message was successfully sent by WordPress but did not reach our mailbox. here is the log of sent messages in CRM entries:
I also installed a plugin, which is used for testing emails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ The result was the same. WordPress successfully sent the message, but it was not delivered.
This verifies, that this is a server-side issue.
You will need to contact your hosting provider to help you troubleshoot it. Only they can whitelist your account and let your WordPress emails go through.
You can simply send them a link to this thread and they will know what to do.
So after much to do I seem to be getting emails. However when they come in the From and subject are just the [text-xxx] and not the email. Any suggestions on how to get that to populate with the email with the sending email and subject?
I have a last question. I am trying to find where the green button at the top right that says CONTACT US. I need to edit it but can't seem to locate where this is...

An update:
The contact form message has arrived to our inbox - with a bit of delay:

So looks like the server is sending emails, but with a delay. Still makes sense to notify your hosting provider about server sending email issues.
If you are using Gmail, please check the "Updates" tab. Your test emails might be there.
Please keep me updated.
