The drop down menu is not showing? This seems strange. 
Here is a creenshot, how the drop-down looks on my installation (in Chrome):

I logged in and can confirm issues. Pretty much anywhere I clicked (plugins menu, settings menu), I experienced some kind of connection Here are some examples:

I think you are right, Bluehost support will need to check this issue. Untill the connection issues are resolved on the server side, I am unable to offer any real help.

I am (only) guessing there might be some issues with ssl settings. But let's wait for the Bluehost to check the things on their end. Please keep me updated on the issue.

I also think so. Once the scripts will load, theme options will start working, including the typography. 

I hope they fix the issue soon.
