Site is up and running and working great. My only issue is on mobile version, I cannot see where to change white background to blue background that is on main header so that the logo is visible. Can you please le the know if there's CSS for this or some where in customizer I am missing.
Hi, I've logged in and changed the background color of the header widget area to white in Theme Options:
And I set the widget style back to default...
Now the default header with header widget looks like this: http://www.fvdcpc.com/about/ Is this what you had in mind?
On the home page the "dark" text header is set on the page settings. If you change this setting to "default" or "light", then the header will look white on desktop:

In theme Options -> Header & Menu, there is a setting for the header color:
On the desktop this color gets overwritten by "Navigation background" color, but on mobile it stays visible.
Try to change the Classic header Background color and let me know if it works as expected.

The header section with logo and navigation should always be the dark blue.
On the inner pages that has the second section with icons, that section needs to be white.
Mobile header behind logo should be dark blue.
