There are two things you can do. Edit the text or remove the copyright footer.
Editing the text
In your WordPress Dashboard navigate to Appearance -> Widgetsand find the copyright footer area. The text is added with SiteOrigin Editor and you can easily edit it.

How to remove the copyright area:
This can be done in Theme Options -> Footer.
Scroll down to The Copyright area section and simply switch it off.
