Hi,

These types of background images are added as cell background images. To edit a cell background what you need to do is the following.

• Edit the row (small wrench icon in the top right corner).
• Click on the cell with the background image. In your case the second cell. A new set of options will come up under row settings.
• Add your image in Cell styles -> Design
