Can you check under Plugins, if there is by any chance WordPress Importer plugin activated. If it is, please disable it and try importing the demo again in theme options.
If this doesn't solve the issue, please send us admin username and password, so we can check and see what might be causing this issue.
Can't import DEMO! The theme demo importer get stuck at 0%.
