These themes are automatically generating random URL's. When i go into search console EVERY month, there are new URLS that i have not created that are being indexed by google. What is up with this? Major issue!
A theme defines the looks, but it does not produce content or URL's, which could be indexed by Google. The theme also does not create any sitemaps to tell Google what to index. So the reason for random URLs is not Dentalia.
That being said, the source of the issue can range from server misconfiguration, error in robots.txt or .htaccess file, to misconfigured sitemap. The later one is the most common.
To resolve your issue, there are two things that need to be done:
1. Define what type of URLs are they, are they attachment pages, or something else? An example of such URL would help to identify the source of the issue.
2. Check if those URLs are in one of your sitemap(s)? If yes, then this means that your domain is specifically telling Google to index this URLs. If the URLs are in the sitemap you should prevent it through the sitemap plugin settings.
As I see, your site generates a lot of sitemaps: https://bonitabeachdental.com/sitemap_index.xml On your site, you use Yoast SEO plugin, to generate this sitemaps. The plugin itself offers options to set what is included in the sitemaps (and which are generated). You can check them by clicking on each to see which URLs are included.
There might be some other sitemaps as well, if you have multiple sitemap plugins. You can check the whole list of sitemaps on your Google search console.
If the sitemaps are not the issue, than you might want to check your indexing rules in robots.txt and redirecting rules in your .htaccess file on your server.

I hope this helps,
