Every time I use the contact form, none of the input is being sent. I sent myself a test email and instead of getting the name, email, phone number, message, I get the following:
From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]
Message Body:
[your-message]

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Recycle WordPress Theme
When you click on the form (in Contact -> Contact Forms), click on the "Mail" tab. Here you will see on the top all the field names you are using on the form. And on the bottom You will see "Message body" field. This is the content of the mail you will receive.
Add all those fieldsfrom the top into the "Message Body" - Make sure they match. Please check the screenshot:
