1. If there is content, which will be absolutely the same on multiple pages, create a static block, then load it as a widget (or a shortcode) to those pages. The good thing about using static blocks is, that if you need to change its content later, you need to only change it in one place and the changes will apply on all the pages.
2. In the page builder, you can right-click on a row and select "copy row", then you can paste this row to any other page.
