I am sorry, but the stock images are not part of the theme, we are not the authors of the images and don't own the rights to redistribute them. So they are replaced with a placeholder images.
It is written on the theme description on themeforest, that stock images are not included:

You can translate the theme strings (like search, net, previous post, etc) with a free WordPress plugin called Loco Translate.
If you want to have the website content in two (or more) languages, then you can use the WPML plugin, or a free alternative polylang.
