Sadly this is not possible. Icon with text widget doesn't have this option, it is more of a general purpuse Widget. Only the Opening hours Widget has this feature.
Sadly we can't extend the functionality of existing widget in an upgrade friendly way. It would be possible however to build a custom widget (icon with text with current day working hours) and integrate it into a child theme, so Dentalia would remain upgrade friendly.
We charge 50 EUR/h for custom development. It would take us 4 hours of development time to create a child theme with a custom widget - so 200 EUR.
Please edit the row in Page builder and check the values under "mobile padding". If is set to 0, change the top and bottom padding to at least 60px (the value on desktop is 200px).
