Header and footer are widget areas. All widget areas can be customised in Appearance -> Widgets:
To customise header contact info, just edit the Icon with text widget in the Classic header widget area, While the footer consists of three widget areas (each for every footer column) with different widgets. You can edit those widgets, or replace them...
