I guess you could start with Theme Options. Upload your logo, maybe change the colors to match your brand. There are plenty of options to customize the theme there.
The contact info in the header is editable in Appearance -> Widgets (header widget area). The footer is also editable there, as well as all other widget areas.
Te pages are built with page builder and widgets. You can also copy paste entire rows or specific widgets from other pages as well as create your own layouts. I recommend using live editor (example here) to quickly see the changes you are making. After you are done, you can simply delete all demo pages you don't need.
Dentalia comes with an extensive documentation, which is available online here. Pretty much everything is covered, but if you have a specific question and can't find it there, let us know.
i have installed the theme and plugins.
now when i am trying to import the theme, it says http://drrashmipashine.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=orion-theme-options&tab=25
What do I choose? Import from file/ from URL?

To import the demo click on "Demo Import" tab (gift icon), then the import button:
If by any chance you have the WordPress importer plugin activated, then just deactivate it before you begin with the import.
