I've just installed the Dentalia theme and imported the demo content. When I try to go to Appearance > Customize, I get a 500 error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I checked your site, For test I deactivated some of the plugins, then the customizer started working.
When I reactivated them back, the customizer was still working. Honestly I don't know what caused this issue. But now it seems fine. Please check.
All of the settings our theme has, are accessible in the "theme options". Most of them are also in customizer, but sadly not all of them, I recommend using Theme Options for setting up the theme, regardless of this issue.
Team members page is not really a page it is an index page for the team members. Same way as blog page is for posts. Sadly it does not have any options to customize it through theme options. The template which displays team members is located in dentalia/templates/parts/team-part_excerpt.php.
With the upcoming Dentalia 1.6 theme update, there will be a possibility to use "simple team widget" instead of using team members as a post type. Which might be more useful for small teams, which don't really need categorisation. Instead of linking to the team member page, it doesn't need to link anywhere, or you can link it to a custom page. The official release date of 1.6 will be soon (in February).

Let me know your username and password (in a private reply) and I will check what I can do.
However 500 error is a server error. It is possible that the server is misconfigured in which case you will need to contact your server provider.
