Hi again, I have the same problem someone else did 3 months ago on the comments section of your theme in Themeforest. When I try to submit the Contact Form on the homepage, it says the date format is incorrect. But this is the default form that came with the theme. Help please, thanks!
This was a known bug, but in the version you have installed, it should be resolved. I just tested your contact form, and it seems to work on my end. I was testing in Chrome browser. Could you try hard refreshing the site and test again? On Mac, you can just hold the shift key while clicking on the refresh icon. If there are still any issues, let me know please which browser is causing this errors.
